Are you tired of cooking? Are you too busy to cook? I know the feeling. As a homeschooling mom of six running a successful business, I just do not have time to spend in the kitchen every single evening. In fact, many evenings we find ourselves running around between sports practices and music lessons so we are not at home when supper needs to be made.
When I am at home and have time is over lunch. My kids are taking a break from schoolwork to eat, so I have time to get in the kitchen and get supper ready. Six hours early. That’s why I LOVE to use my Instant Pot and throw together instant pot recipes we love to eat – usually of the slow cooker variety. What’s great about this is that if you do happen to forget the slow cooker meal you have planned, you can use the pressure cooking function of the Instant Pot to make the same meal super fast.
My friend Marcy offers some great tips for stretching a single pot roast into three meals with her ideas for preparing a Slow Cooker Pot Roast. Your mouth will be watering by the time you get to the recipe she includes!
