Instant Pot Turkey Sloppy Joes – Weight Watchers 3 Smart Points with Bun

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey Breast
  • 16 oz can of Tomato Puree
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Press Saute and spray liner with cooking spray.
  2. Saute ground turkey until cooked through.
  3. If there is grease, drain the ground turkey before moving on.
  4. Add all dry ingredients and then add all wet ingredients.
  5. Place the lid on top and turn till locked, set vent to sealing, and set Instant Pot to manual low pressure for 5 minutes.
  6. When Instant Pot beeps, release the vent quickly.
  7. Stir and serve 🙂

Notes

Note: Served on lettuce or eaten without bread the Turkey Sloppy Joe mix made using Ground Turkey Breast is 1 smart point. Use a Weight Watchers hamburger bun from this list to make sure your bun is just two smart points, bringing the total for the entire sandwich to 3 smart points.
