Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Peaches
  • 1 1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup Mixed Berries (or just blueberries. This adds a bit more sweetness and flavor.)
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt (unsweetened, plain)
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. Throw the frozen stuff in first, then the chia seeds.
  2. Then add the fresh fruit.
  3. Dump in the liquid/yogurt and blend, starting on low and working your way up to high.
