Zero Carb Pizza Crust – Low Carb Pizza – Keto Pizza – THM Pizza – Weight Watchers Pizza – Chicken Crust Pizza
- Chicken Breast ( one or two per person)
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/8 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- Low Carb Pizza Sauce
- Pizza Toppings of Choice
- Cheese
- Salt and Pepper Each Chicken Breast.
- Pound the chicken until it is flat. Your goal is less than ½ inch in thickness.
- Add one tablespoon minced garlic to 1/8 cup olive oil in a glass dish.
- Heat it for just 20 seconds in the microwave.
- Brush Oil on the Chicken (avoid the garlic)
- Heat a skillet on the stove over medium high heat with a little bit of olive oil and butter.
- Sear the chicken on both sides, 1-2 minutes per side.
- Add your favorite pizza toppings. I like to put the cheese on first for crispy toppings.
- Bake in a 400-degree oven until the cheese is melted. Then switch to broil.
- Broil until the pepperoni are crisp.
