Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Ice
  • 2 Pears (Roughly chopped, skin on)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 7 Slices Ginger (I used Candied Ginger (true confessions) )
  • 1 3/4 Cups Vanilla Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Ice and Pears first. Then Seeds. Then Liquids. Then Ginger slices. Blend on low, accelerating to high slowly and puree until the seeds disappear.
