2 medium sweet potatoes
1 ½ cups water
Cinnamon, to taste
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons raw almond butter

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly
Place trivet in Instant Pot liner
Set sweet potatoes on top of trivet
Pour in water
Lock lid and set vent to sealing
Press steam and set time for 10 minutes
Allow Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 20-25 minutes
Remove potatoes carefully and slice open
Mash insides with a fork and top with cinnamon, raisins, walnuts, and almond butter.
