Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 ½ cups water
- Cinnamon, to taste
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons raw almond butter
Instructions
- Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly
- Place trivet in Instant Pot liner
- Set sweet potatoes on top of trivet
- Pour in water
- Lock lid and set vent to sealing
- Press steam and set time for 10 minutes
- Allow Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 20-25 minutes
- Remove potatoes carefully and slice open
- Mash insides with a fork and top with cinnamon, raisins, walnuts, and almond butter.
