It’s November 2nd and time to shift our focus to gratitude, blessings, and a celebration with Thanksgiving for all that God has given us.
It’s my favorite time of year! Leaves are still gorgeous on the trees, pumpkin everything is still in season, and the crisp cool air is perfect for working and playing outside to our hearts’ content. In just a few weeks, we will all come together with our family or friends and celebrate Thanksgiving with all the fixings an American Thanksgiving brings.
And maybe just a tiny bit of stress.
That’s where this beautiful free Thanksgiving Planner for Busy Moms comes in — it’s time to iron out all the little details so your Thanksgiving day can run smoothly from beginning to end.

Here is a list of all the pages included in our free Thanksgiving planner.
You want a Thanksgiving Planner that looks good, right? Our beautiful planner starts with a printable cover that will look amazing at the front of your planner whether you choose to slip it into the see through cover of a notebook or have your planner spiral bound! You can even print the first page on card stock to make it a little more sturdy.
Take notes about everything that works and doesn’t work this year or just mind map out your Thanksgiving plans on the first couple pages designed to give you room for notes. Print multiple copies of any page you want, to give you plenty of room for plans!
Schedule our your entire month so that you know when to invite guests, when to menu plan, and most importantly – when to start thawing your turkey! One year, we forgot to buy a turkey until way too late and ended up buying a fresh turkey. Much to our surprise, we found the head stuck inside the cavity of the bird! Whole! Yuck.
After that memorable Thanksgiving, we have always vowed to buy frozen and thaw on time. With this first page, you will know exactly what to do and when as you plan Thanksgiving!
Time to go shopping! One of my favorite parts of any holiday celebration is going shopping for all the food goodies we have planned. We head to our favorite grocery store and buy all the amazing stuff and I feel so organized and ready after that! Not to mention blessed. Our shopping list page is perfect for preparing for the big Thanksgiving grocery trip.
Plan out your entire menu. Pick what you want to serve for breakfast – probably something easy and light – snacks, and even beverages you want to have on hand. Plan your Thanksgiving meal and even pick your favorite desserts with this pretty menu planning sheet.
Who’s coming over for the day? Use our guest list page to track guests and contact info and even jot down when they will arrive if you will have guests trickling in! There’s also a spot to list the dishes being brought by guests.
Once you know your menu, you can create a plan for when to make or bake everything on your list. Organize your food preparation according to what takes the longest or shortest amount of time!
Plan the day of Thanksgiving in detail, tracking everything from when to set out hors d’oeuvres to when the football game(s) start.
I hope I never forget what a blessing it is to give – and our Thanksgiving planner comes complete with a page to help you plan a way to give back to your community.
Give thanks! One of the pages in our planner helps you focus for a few minutes each day on thanking God for the blessings you enjoy in life. Practice that gratitude!
As Thanksgiving Day winds down, you will probably want to start planning your Black Friday shopping and we’ve got two different planning sheets in this Thanksgiving Planner for Busy Moms to help you maximize that Black Friday savings.
Thirteen pages in all, our Best Free Thanksgiving Planner for Busy Moms is the perfect way to fine-tune your Thanksgiving plans and prepare for the big weekend, starting now.
When you put all of these pages together in a binder and use the pretty cover on front — or maybe even spiral bind them at the local office store — you will have everything you need, in one place, to plan Thanksgiving. You can add pretty markers, stickers, and Washi tape to your planner and create a work of art to save for memories later!
