We loved the Lemon Burst cookies I blogged about a few days ago, but we wanted something a little more festive. Enter stage right: Red Velvet Delights. Amazing, and burgundy! Perfect for that holiday cookie exchange. Same recipe as before: one cake mix, one egg, one eight ounce container of cool whip, roll in powdered sugar and bake at 350*on a greased baking sheet.
