Crispy onion rings straight from the fryer oven! Where have these directions been all my adult life? I had no idea it was possible but this weekend we discovered the fine print of the frozen onion ring package. Cover your cookie sheet in crumpled aluminum foil and you don’t get soggy-bottom onion rings. You get crispy ones! Yeah!!!

    Why do they put it in “fine print”? Glad to hear this. It would probably work with other things too, that get soggy. ?? Can’t think of anything in particular right now. I love onion rings, but they are not on my diet. Onions would be okay, but the breading……maybe not too bad, I will have to check out the label. Probably high in sodium if not carbohydrates. 🙂
