Paddington – the first movie was a big hit with my kids, so when we had the chance in early December to go see the brand new Paddington 2 before it hit theaters we were very excited! We got to take along our good friends Abby and Anna (age 9), my twins Joshua and Peter (age 8), and my son Caleb (age 11). We settled into our seats with popcorn and waited with great anticipation.

I am happy to say that we all laughed, giggled, and sat on the edge of our seats in suspense through this fun kids movie featuring everyone’s favorite bear. While there were a few minor parts moms might think are inappropriate, they aren’t significant enough to cause any uproars or consternation when you take your kids to the theater. Some of the characters make slightly inappropriate remarks kids under twelve aren’t likely to even notice.

Here’s the trailer for your reference:

In the interest of not providing any spoilers, I’ll just say that if your family enjoyed the original Paddington movie, you will be pleased with the sequel and it will be a fun family outing for you.

If you’ve seen the movie – what did I miss?
