But the recipes included in the Ten Day Smoothie Challenge were carefully chosen to give you whole foods, no added sugar, and “superfood” ingredients like Maca powder and Goji berries. Each of these smoothies should make a great start to your day.
Here’s the thing. Signing up for the Ten Day Smoothie challenge is completely free. But you will only get out of it what you put into it in terms of time and quality of ingredients. If you do not have a blender, you are going to need to get one in order to complete this challenge.
