The Ten Day Smoothie Challenge

Have you been wanting to serve more healthy smoothies for breakfast and cut back on sugary store-bought cereals? Do you need to improve your health or lose weight?

If you can answer yes to either of those questions or perhaps both, then this smoothie challenge is for you. The health improvement and weight loss is, of course, up to you. There is no guarantee and I am certainly not a medical professional giving advice. But the recipes included in the Ten Day Smoothie Challenge were carefully chosen to give you whole foods, no added sugar, and “superfood” ingredients like Maca powder and Goji berries. Each of these smoothies should make a great start to your day.

Here’s the thing. Signing up for the Ten Day Smoothie challenge is completely free. But you will only get out of it what you put into it in terms of time and quality of ingredients. If you do not have a blender, you are going to need to get one in order to complete this challenge.

7 – Daily accountability in our Facebook group. – Once you sign up for the challenge below, please request to join this group!

    I’m overweight and just found out that I have ibs and I’m diabetic. So I stopped eating sugar, dairy products, gluten, and a lot of other foods. So I started trying smoothies and I’m loving it! I’ve lost 15 pounds so far and I want to keep drinking smoothies!!

    I need to make more smoothies because it is something COLD I enjoy that is purely healthy. I have entered menopause and although not having hot flashes, I am just far warmer than I have ever been, and keep seeking cold stuff.     I really enjoy icy-cold smoothies with fruit. And I recently bought protein powder to get back into making smoothies regularly. Super healthy and yummy!

    We love making smoothies in my Ninja but usually put in kale, yogurt and fruit. These smoothies are healthier and I need to lose weight. Thanks for the post.

    I have only tried fruit smoothies. I’ve heard that you can add vegetables in and still have it taste good. I’m a bit skeptical.

    I had my first Smoothie today in quite a while: banana, strawberry, sugar-free guava juice, and ice. (Maybe I’ll start throwing in veggies next time.) This article was a great reminder of how much I like smoothies!

    I have been making whole food – no added sugar smoothies for 4 years. It has changed my life – for the better. The only side effects were: lost over a 100 pounds, got back in shape and feel great! Thanks

    I have lost 8 pounds in the past 6 days replacing my breakfast with a protein smoothie I just add my superfood blend to it. Gives me the energy I need all day and makes me feel great! I don’t eat a lot of big meals but I also exercise first thing in morning.
