I’m all about baking at Christmas time. In fact, at the back of our Advent book (Celebrate Jesus: Light of the World) you will find a whole bunch of family recipes for Christmas. But until recently it did not occur to me that some of our Christmas baking could be Christ-focused. Look at these fabulous baking supplies I found! So excited!

Star of the East Cookie Cutter

Star of the East cookie cutter. No mistaking this star for any other than the one that stood over the stable in Bethlehem. Available in large or small, this star is THE star of Christmas and it makes the perfect Christmas cookie too! Share them with your neighbors! The small version of Star of the East cookie cutter.

Star of Bethlehem Cookie Cutter. This one is made in the USA and is a slightly different design that I particularly love. I just ordered mine.

Angel Blowing Trumpet Cookie Stamp. This angel authority is perfect to preside over Christmas parties using your favorite butter cookie recipe and royal icing.
Did you know that your Christmas baking can celebrate Christ? Take a look at these great resources for focusing on Jesus as you bake this holiday season.

Gabriel Blowing Horn Cookie Cutter. Another angel cookie with a very different design, but equally perfect!

Choir of Angels Cookie Cutter Set – use one or all of these cookie cutters to create a choir of many angels saying “Glory to God in the Highest!”

Nativity Cookie Cutters

Story of Nativity Cookie Cutter set – this twelve piece set can be used with a gingerbread recipe to create your own gingerbread nativity decoration. (Because who would want to eat a baby Jesus sugar cookie?) So adorable though.

Nativity Scene Chocolate Mold. I thought this was a fascinating idea. Again, you could set this up as a decoration. Multiple pieces of this set are available as add-ons.

O Holy Night Nativity Scene Stencil for cookies or cakes. So pretty!

Christmas Creche Springerle Cookie Mold. This is so beautiful. I’ve heard of these cookies and would love to try making them if they could be this beautiful.

And for when you are in an overwhelmed season of life – you can get this pre-made Nativity Gingerbread Kit.

No matter the baking you choose to do this Christmas, be sure to focus on the joy of the moment and do not stress. Stressful Christmas for Mom is a stressful Christmas for all! Do the things you value most and let the rest go!
