In the week following Thanksgiving and Christmas, this is the big question. What are we going to do with all this turkey? Honestly, here in the states we can get turkey so cheaply over the holidays it’s not a bad idea to buy and make several. You can freeze the meat and use it in these fun “leftover turkey” recipes for several months. We found so many things you can make with leftover turkey!

Our absolute family favorite way to use leftover turkey is in this fabulous Turkey and Biscuits recipe — a combination of the homemade filling for turkey pot pie with my mother-in-law’s fabulous drop biscuits on top. But just in case you don’t like that idea – we’ve got recipes for turkey enchiladas, fabulous turkey sandwiches, turkey wontons, and more.

Looking for creative ways to use the turkey leftover from Thanksgiving and Christmas? Here are 26 delicious recipes to help you do just that.
