Are you tired of cooking? Are you too busy to cook? I know the feeling. As a homeschooling mom of six, running a successful business, I just do not have time to spend in the kitchen every single evening. In fact, many evenings we find ourselves running around between sports practices and music lessons so we are not at home when supper needs to be made.

When I am at home and have time is over lunch. My kids are taking a break from schoolwork to eat, so I have time to get in the kitchen and get supper ready. Six hours early. That’s why I LOVE to use my Instant Pot and throw together Instant Pot recipes we love to eat – usually of the slow cooker variety. What’s great about this is that if you do happen to forget the slow cooker meal you have planned, you can use the pressure cooking function of the Instant Pot to make the same meal super fast.
Do you have an Instant Pot? Why not put it to work for you as a busy mom? Take a look at our extensive list of recipes for beef, chicken, pork, and more that will help to simplify life this fall and winter.

My friend Marcy offers some great tips for stretching a single pot roast into three meals with her ideas for preparing a Slow Cooker Pot Roast. Your mouth will be watering by the time you get to the recipe she includes!

Very useful information. Presently dealing with an open wound due to Venus insuffiency. What do u think is profitable? Eating foods with zinc or taking zinc picolinate supplements to somewhat strengthen vein walls. Thank you.

Awesome list! ? Homemade is always best. I’m slowly replacing everything “store-bought” from my weekly repertoire with homemade. Something I’ve not yet tried making is cheese though. And yogurt! Next on my list ?
