Are you ready to write? Find your inspiration from one of these fun Minecraft scenes. Each scene provides a starting point for your daily journal entry or short story. You do not have to use the written prompts, and you can interpret the images or prompts however you would like.

You find yourself falling down a deep mine shaft. What do you do? How do you survive? What happens next?

As you turn the corner, you come across this view of the valley and beyond. To the right is the opening of a cave. You explore the cave. What do you find?

3. Horses in the Canyon

Looking down into the canyon, you can see hundreds of horses but you don’t see any people. How did the horses get there? Where did they come from? What happens next?

4. Market Day

You are visiting the market with your mom for the first time. Describe what you see, hear, smell, taste, and touch.

5. Uncharted Land

You are the first to discover this uncharted territory. Describe your reaction to this beautiful land. Describe the details of what you find there. How will you describe this land to the people waiting back home?
