Summer is rapidly approaching, it’s getting hot, and who wants to spend time in a hot kitchen cooking meals? Not me! I love throwing my dinner in the Instant Pot and walking away and I especially love being able to use my budget friendly pressure cooker menu plan to keep our food cost down. With eight people in the house this summer, plus guests, that’s gonna be super important for us!
Every month my friends and I put together a new Instant Pot Menu Plan for you to print, use, and save for the future. This month’s theme is budget-friendly.
Instant Pot Budget Friendly Meals
Each of these meals can be moved to whichever day of the month you want or skipped entirely. I’ve created a handy printable PDF with clickable links so you can also just open it on your iPad and jump right to the recipe if you prefer. I like to print one for the fridge, and then save it on my iPad too because nine times out of ten I use my iPad for the recipe when I cook. Who needs a recipe box anymore?
