Are your kids Minecraft® fans? Well, you are in the right place! Today we are kicking off a 31-Day series titled Learning with Minecraft. We are going to go all out — new printables, at least one giveaway, games, links, and more. And if you have Minecraft fans you can take advantage of these ideas and do some Delight-Directed Learning to really get your kids invested in their education. It’s a win-win.

So let’s dive in.

We will start with an Ultimate Homeschool Resource List. Every possible published educational resource I can find for Minecraft in one post.

Here is your one stop shop for resources to homeschool with Minecraft. We've included links to printables, on-line courses, books, and more. #homeschool #minecraft

Online Courses using Minecraft

Minecraft Homeschool — Includes multiple courses to choose from and each course runs for 4-6 weeks. Summer camps are going on now! I’m particularly excited about a new class starting in the fall called Bible Road Trip by my friend Danika Cooley.

SKrafty Homeschool Minecraft Server is a dedicated homeschooling Minecraft server with free membership. You can use it for free play, or your child can take free and paid classes. Classes include science, history, language arts, and more.

Homeschool With Minecraft offers multiple courses and also includes a dedicated “white-listed” server for game play and class work 24/7.

Youth Digital has a wonderful collection of online coding courses including some for coding Java for Minecraft and modding in Minecraft. My son has really enjoyed his modding course and these are very professionally done.

Learn To Mod has a course on Learning to Mod in Minecraft with Java Script, and an additional Minecraft Modding course for young children who cannot type.

I don’t have a smart phone, but a flip phone -ack! I have not played minecraft, neither have my children. Honestly, what is the point of minecraft? Is it a time waster or do you learn as you go? Thanks.

My daughter is minecraft absolutely mad! This is a great post! Perfect for hooking my daughter in as she struggles with learning and attention. This is perfect as she can focus perfectly for hours on Minecraft given the opportunity, so this is a brilliant winner from my perspective! Thanks, thanks, thanks
